Your Tasks

  • Annahme, Klassifizierung, Analyse und Lösung von IT-Support requests direkt bei den Mitarbeitenden oder mittels Remote-Support
  • Installation und Bereitstellung von IT-Hardware für vorhandene oder neue Mitarbeitende
  • Installation und Einrichtung diverser CAD Software
  • Durchführung von Systemchecks sowie Auswertung von Log-Dateien der internen Infrastruktur
  • Mitarbeit in diversen internen Projekten
  • ICT-Dokumentationspflege

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise als Informatiker EFZ
  • Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
  • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien
  • Grundkenntnisse im User Support für MS Office, Office 365, Windows
  • Hohes Mass an Zuverlässigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur ständigen Anwesenheit im Büro
