Your Tasks

  • Planung und Projektierung der Funktionalen Sicherheit im Chemie- und Pharmaumfeld
  • Mitwirkung bei Risikobeurteilungen
  • Bestimmung des PL / PLr
  • Technische Auslegung und Umsetzung der funktionalen Sicherheitsanforderungen: Auswahl Steuerungskomponenten, Verschaltung der Sensorik und Aktorik
  • Bestimmung und Berechnung des erreichten Performance Levels inkl. Schaltungsbeispielen
  • Umsetzung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Rahmen der Funktionalen Sicherheit und des Risikomanagements

Your Profile

  • Hochschulabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektingenieur für Funktionale Sicherheit, idealerweise im Chemieumfeld
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Norm IEC 31131-3 und zugehörigen Funktionsbausteinsprache
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Instrumentierung und Auslegung von sicherheitsgerichteten Steuerungen
  • Voraussetzung sind Kenntnisse in SIL-Berechnung (inkl. Tools)
  • Selbstständige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit dem Willen sich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
