Your Tasks

Annahme, Klassifizierung, Analyse und Lösung von IT-Support requests direkt bei den Mitarbeitenden oder mittels Remote-Support
Installation und Bereitstellung von IT-Hardware für vorhandene oder neue Mitarbeitende
Installation und Bereitstellung von Android / Apple Geräten für vorhandene oder neue Mitarbeitende
Installation und Einrichtung diverser CAD & Business Software
Durchführung von Systemchecks sowie Auswertung von Log-Dateien der internen Infrastruktur
Mitarbeit in diversen internen Projekten
ICT-Dokumentationspflege
Kein Pikettdienst, keine Nächte oder Wochenenden

Your Profile

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise als Informatiker EFZ
Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien
Grundkenntnisse im User Support für MS Office, Office 365, Windows
Administration von Windows Server & MS Cloud services (M365, Exchange, Azure)
Hohes Mass an Zuverlässigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Bereitschaft zur ständigen Anwesenheit im Büro
