Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the organisation and implementation of the entire recruiting process for permanent positions and freelancers
- Continuous further development and adaptation of modern recruiting processes to optimise the applicant approach
- Management and maintenance of all job portals and support of applicant platforms
- Analysing trends and integrating innovative strategies into the recruiting process
- Conception and organisation of creative personnel marketing measures to attract qualified specialists
Your Profile
- Completed studies (e.g. business administration with a focus on HR management), or comparable training / further training or commercial training with a focus on HR
- Several years of professional experience in the field of recruiting / talent acquisition, ideally in a comparable position
- Enthusiasm for the area of human resources and willingness to continuously develop this area further
- Strong communication skills and a high level of social competence
- Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and initiative as well as service orientation, loyalty and discretion
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications, as well as experience with modern recruiting tools
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel for occasional business trips to other locations
