Your Tasks

  • Conception, improvement and implementation of training materials for mandatory training courses and further development measures, both for online and classroom training courses  
  • Evaluating possible training programmes in terms of content and economic aspects and contacting various training providers  
  • Conducting classroom and online training sessions with internal colleagues on various soft skills training programmes   
  • Responsibility for the development, implementation and coordination of personnel development measures for specialists and managers (e.g. annual meetings, potential analyses)  
  • Responsibility for implementing and supporting the further development of the BakerHicks training strategy  
  • Responsible for the complete onboarding programme Mainland Europe 
  • Responsibility for the full administration (Super User) of the Learning Management System for Mainland Europe  
  • Conception, development and design of new eLearning formats together with the contact persons of the subject areas   

Your Profile

  • Degree with a focus on e-learning management, business administration with a focus on personnel development or equivalent 
  • Sound professional experience in the field of learning with a focus on training administration and conceptualisation    
  • Affinity for digital or new training methods and media as well as a hands-on mentality with a strategic view and a sense for employee experience   
  • Experience in a company in the engineering or life sciences industry is an advantage  
  • Independent and structured way of working  
  • Open and communicative personality with a high level of customer and team orientation   
  • Certified train-the-trainer is an advantage  
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel  
  • Sound knowledge of Artikulate 360 and the creation of e-learnings desirable  
  • Sound experience with the administration of learning management systems desirable  
  • Basic willingness to travel for occasional business trips  
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
