Your Tasks

  • Project support from the beginning to the end of the project life cycle in all matters
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues across Europe and the UK to ensure cohesion
  • Lead a team up to 8 people across our organisation in Europe
  • Supervision during construction
  • Creation of the necessary design documents and electrical schematics
  • Create reports, cost estimates, tenders, design documents and technical clarification
  • Manage budget, cost and time within electrical scope
  • Stakeholder management
  • You will work in multidisciplinary teams
  • You will ensure that your team members across Europe are sufficiently trained and experienced to carry out their work safely and efficiently
  • You will be involved in the acquisition and preparation of offers, including cost estimates and calculations

Your Profile

    • Electrical Engineer (el-installatør), B.Sc. Electrical or similar
    • Knowledge of analytical instruments (HPLC, GC and spectrophotometers)
    • Knowledge of Process- and automation systems (i.e. pressure- and level transmitters, temperature and flow meter, SCADA, HMI and PLC)
    • Experience with P&ID, PC Schematics, preparation, and review of engineering design documentation
    • 8+ years of professional experience in the planning of electrical construction in an industrial environment
    • Leadership experience
    • Experience from similar roles
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Fluent in English written and spoken, Danish is an advantage Extensive knowledge within the Danish Regulative (YBL, ABR18 etc.)
    • Independent, team-oriented and professional work ethic

    Traveling activity

    The duration of our projects is usually between 6 and 24 months. Depending on the project and the project phase, the work location is mainly the project location at the customer, although mobile working from home is sometimes possible in consultation with the project management. At BakerHicks you have the opportunity to work with different customers and different technologies. You get to know new cities and are still always at home on weekends.
